The electrician of c-1 refused to lower the cooling of A.C of the same inspite of my repeated requests. God knows why ?. Pl check with the Staff.

in food gravy items were like water and tea was giving very bad taste.washrooms were not they were very dirty and untidy.washrooms were containing very bad smell.improve your train and food quality.Your train is useless

Seats were very untidy and uncomfortable. Seats were not clean at all.Tray table was a mess. not at all clean. My hips were in a pain after reaching ludhiana station. Food served was pathetic. Cutlets were too salty and spicy. Breakfast offered was of poor quality.

I was in C6/31, Your staff should be updated n help to clean the Train/Toilet etc. I found one of the staff did not flash the toilet, when I told him to flash, he said ये मेरा काम नहीं है, मैंने कहा तुम अभी मेरे से पहले निकले हो, तो फ्लैश क्यों नहीं किया,oh मैं अभी कर देता हूँ, मैंने कहा जब मैं अंदर गया तो मैंने फ्लैश करने के बाद इस्तेमाल किया, गुटका भी उसने खाया हुआ था। साफ रखने की जिम्मेदारी सभी की है।

Trains are Government also public properties, if railways ask people to give support to clean trains and railway stations. Railway also take initiative to properly clean all coaches from inside and outside both, although irctc needs to improve their food quality and hygiene, which isn't upto the mark.

Good but I did r like one rule
A person carrying photo of ticket is not counted valid whether he is carrying his I card and moreover he was nri but harrased by tt all the way

washroom was stinking, the AC vent was sweating, one passenger in seat 71 was drunk and creating scene

It's better to travel via Rajdhani express. I boared shatabdi train first time but it was very rediculous and horrible. Generally I prefer Rajdhani which is far better from shatabdi.

SHATABDI ON AMRITSAR ROUTE IS THE WORST IN TERMS OF COACHES,MAINTENANCE AND QUALITY OF FOOD .. SHAMEFUL I SHOULD SAY

Not enjoyed the journey, because, the coaches getting old, noise is more, seating very bad, most upset thing is noise and hard movements.
