very bad 👎, with out rating it's not submit that why we rating punctuality 1 staring if it's possible to submit with out rating I will not provide 1 star . it's so pathetic to reach on time at destination location with this train.

what a pathetic experience what kind of rules irtc is making....it's all their fault,if your train is late by 10 hours and your chart getting prepared a long ago then what's my fault why I am unable to cancel my train ticket..train getting late for 1-2 hours is acceptable but if it's too late then atleast provide us the option to cancel the ticket..it feels like a day light robbery to common people

This train should be cancelled. no punctuality. no time. 4 hours travel time to reach one destination but this is late only 4 hours.

this is only train from howrah to Barbil U> & DN.
from 2023 it is always delyed more than a hour min 1Hr max 6Hrs mostly it cancelled the last destination betwen Santragachi to Howrah.

Windows are not in good condition, it's make difficult for window side passanger specially in winter. It's all time late running train. It was late for one hour fourty six minutes. overall journey was very painful.

window of.D8 seat no 79 was badly damaged and all the window was in damaged condition, seems nobody is owning this the National property.

the train was scheduled to start by 1.30 p.m.but rescheduled to 16.00pm. ultimately started at18.45 hrs. every passenger suffered a lot.

Almost full seat available in almost all the coaches but still the pathetic seats were allotted at the last coach where the washroom was smelling so bad, boggy was very dirty, chairs were in broken shape..dont know when will this thing improve. Even after having so many seats available, the reservation seat was allotted at last coach which was in pathetic condition. Sick and tired.
