train was very dirty specially washroom. No water supply in some of the washrooms. Experienced delay in last 2 visits to reaching NDLS. Overall Poor Performance
my seats were 49&50.the catering staff for whole train were operating from here making huge nise, they have soiled the only toilet that side.they were also charging Rs 100to 200 for putting down the baggage bags. poorest food quality with horrible crockery. I could not not dare a return in it instead choose a cab.
train time is not a timing train is 30 minutes lates
and my very loss my times and money
Had a great peaceful secure journey, only issue is stinking toilets next to Pantry, which requires to be taken care.
Need to improve food
Also trained the IRCTC catering staff
And stop tip system after dinner
please serve in veg. South Indian also. Previously South Indian Breakfast was served but now it's not. Please start it again and also serve in Dinner too.
awesome, however 2 trained employees are not enough to support 75 customers. Add few more staff !!!
first time we traveled with Shatabdi fabulous time spent in train with very familiar crew staff .

washrooms are not cleaned also second seating seats are booked but sleeper class seats are in the train which creates bug confusion among passengers which needs to be worked upon asap.
Food service leads a lot of scope for improvement . Train is not puntual at all. travelled thrice and always reaches 1 to 1.5 hours late at new delhi
Cleanliness and food quality needs a lot of improvement. Toilets require proper cleaning and dryness.
I am very sorry to say that shatabdi exp train service boys always asking a tip after completing journey ...They have put one tray with some mouthfresh items and insisted for tip ..If you demand I send u vedio
