Needs More Cleaning Ness & Hospitality & Stop Unauthorized Persons In Trains Coaches Improve WL Trends Also Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

I didn't travel and not able to cancel the tickets as there was issue in confirmkit application.i wasted 1000 rupees,now will use directly irctc insted of this application.i am attaching the screenshot that I faced while cancelling the tickets and I didn't able to file the TRD as it's looking rating for process further I am just giving feedback for train. I know that it's a useless attempt by me and nothing happened.

i have done my journey today as on 16.6.24.train was running late from kalka.food quality is too much low.street food is better than from shatabdi 12006 food.washrooms are cleanless.i was very disappointed fromIRCTC service.drinking water is not chilled.food is too much oily.

since last few year quality all over deteriorated. fares increased by greedy governance which is just making business from poor services

Had comfortable journey. I travel regularly in Shatabdi express. It impressed me most is it's punctuality. Toilets need to be cleaned once enroute.

🚽Toilets pot not clear full of water etc. I try 4 toilet but all of not clean. please check after one hrs regular when train running.

Considering it was the first time in India.. added info on boarding is required. We were travelling with an infant so had to rush to get to our carriage which at the very front from the waiting area. By the time we realised which carriage/seat it was almost time for the train to leave the platform - train left the platform under a minute - which was terrifying. Simple instruction on ticket about the seat location would have been good - there was no one at the station to guide us too considering we paid for premium seats. Something for the train and station operators - there will always be first timers - first impression might be last.

the food was bad, it was tasting like some chemical in it. we even called up the food and catering person asked him to come and taste the food atleast but he did not come instead kept justifying. We are frequent travellers and we never had such problem ever.It easy really very dissatisfying.though the service ead very good. food and catering officer was some Mr Yadav. pl take note that such things are never repeated.We always held Indian railways at a very high esteem because of our earlier experience. thanks.

Shatabdi was a Premium Train. Ambience is Quite Average. Food or Snacks served are much below the mark. Toilets are not clean, bearing in mind the class one is travelling in.

Food service very slow. Food provided very late.behavior of attendant was not good.they were using abusive language with each other
