Shatabdi express started 2 hours late for which I have to wait another two hours at station..... food was just average....bogi I was travelling seems to be 20 years old bogi.... the fixtures in the bogi were making noise.... horrible journey

Dinner quality is not good. Dishes were served in unhygienic silver coloured containers. If they were aluminum based, then they are poisonous

punctualty was tooo good...train left on exact time.

nice but platform changing is wrong, problem to senior citizen on stairs. so please do not change platform......thank you

condition of toilets are very poor, no locking hinges, still needs to improve shatabadi standard

According to Fare and fame of the train, that was not good, time punctuality and food quality also cleaning was not good. I will never try to future.

Very poor food quality, also worst cleanliness, no any punctuality, also no one is available to listen any complaints
