I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience while traveling on one of your trains.
Despite having a Reservation Against Cancellation (RAC) ticket, I was unable to secure a seat on the train. This situation caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort during my journey.
I understand that train travel can be unpredictable and sometimes overbooked. However, I believe that passengers with RAC tickets should be assured of at least a seat. This incident has negatively impacted my perception of your services.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to prevent such situations in the future. Ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers with RAC tickets would greatly enhance the travel experience and customer satisfaction.

Passengers without ticket and general ticket holders occupied our seats. I request please dont allow these freebees in reserved compartments otherwise there is no meaning to buy reservation tickets. The staff who has given duty by railway authority to check entire boggie was not doing there job honestly so people like us suffered a lot. Also toilets are not clean, beggers came inside coaches and harras passengers. Give relief to passengers. Boggie condition is worst see the roof of Maharashtra Express boggies, see attachment.

टॉयलेट्स में पानी नहीं, bottle holder's नहीं, कोच में सफाई नहीं,साइड अप्पर बर्थ चढ़ने के लिए सीढ़ी नहीं, आरक्षित सीट पे जिनके पास reservation नहीं ऐसे लोग बैठें होने से होने वाली तकलीफ दूर कराने के लिए TC नहीं, और क्या Train मे परेशानी ही परेशानी

Air conditioner was not working properly.When asked the staff no satisfactory answers given by them.They have not entered the coach and told cooling is ok.It was worst travelling with Maharashtra Express from Miraj to Pune

Sleeper Coach 72 birth capacity but actually 125-150 People occupy the coach vary loud,Croud in coach every night journy not suitable Femal, Child, & sinior citizens vary bad experience in train 11039-11040 Pls not allowed extra passengers in coach, dirty coach.

every thing is good I request you in Diwali vacation kindly join some general booge. because of there are 300 people are waiting list and general public also come in reservation booge..so that is not good ..

Pathetic... Unfortunately have to travel by SL class and there was no cleanliness. Bad smell was stinking whole night.
I hope new changes that are on board will bring some good revolution to Indian Railways.

The Railway deparnment employe is very bad manars Tc is the coropt officer 0 pay rs 500 and ticket extra genral but not this seat aviliblity for tc and another people pay 200 this people seat conformation for tc

No pantry for long distance train journey, train packed due to non reserved commuters, full of beggars,not even Tea to drink,in train, third grade quality tea served on platforms charging double money.
