Train was delayed and we missed out our connective bus from Bangalore. The train stopped frequently for signal. Facility may be improved for getting down from train as the gap between train exit gate and platform is more.

The facilities were good. Especially the atmosphere maintained inside the train. Should appreciate maintenance team. Although the food quality was not upto the mark. Should focus on food quality.

The coach A4 is abnormally swinging from side to side causing discomfort. The train is Late as of now. Quality food. Breakfast or Lunch is not offered. overall service is just average. Incidentally my travel from Sbc to Ltt last week was far better in quality of food and general convenience.

food pure veg but mirchi bada quality oil too much and coconut chatni in idly very very thin please do more good and also without garlic chatni is very nice, in toilet hand shower broken in b1 and AC operatior man lives in b5 coach we waitng for them in b1 why ? coach quality very old and not good in ac sleeper

I and my friend got upper berths, which were completely dusted. when I used couple of towel like tissues to clean the tissues turned completely black and also dust is so visible falling on down berths when we clean. I had dust allergy and still I had to compromise.

The coach b4 had cockroaches, was quite jerky, and toilets were stinky even if cleaned regularly.Tea was horrible, and my RAC didn't get confirmed hence I had tough time sleeping at night. After paying full fare I don't expect to be given half a seat to sit and sleep. Unfair.

Pantry sales should be with consideration of buyer. They should serve the passrngers as per requirement. In a plate if there are 4 pcs of Dal wada costing Rs.40/- and passenger wants two pcs only then is there any problem if the passenger is given 2 pcs for Rs.20/-? The Pantry men also insisted that banana bhaji should be bought full plate. The buyer needed only 1pc. Why should anybody be forced to buy a full plate he does not need. Maybe there are health issues at stake. Such consideration would be highly appreciated.

food quality was bad. was smelling and showed the railway catering. They blame Railways catering. my 3 year old son was about to eat lunch veg meals, patato was rotten and bad smell. No apologies.from them.

rain coach ekdam bakwas tha, seat tuti hui hai thi, paise dene ke bawjut aapki sarvice achhi nahi thi, bahut bura la muje, jis couch me mai tha, us couch ka workshop ki date bhi ho chi thi, fhir bhi aap log train ki dhekhbhal nahi ki

what to comment.....no developement....just asking for the sake only..all reports are fake as other ....we are bound to live and travel in these compulsions only...no speedy travel.....no care by the inboard railway staff....attentants are boozed with tobacco & liquor...suppliers to the culprits in the coach....Pantry is not hygeine.....
