passengers without tickets occupied the seats. Ticket checker came very late and charged very less. this is injustice to other travellers who couldn't get the tickets or who booked the tickets with higher rates and moreover the passengers without tickets got comfortable seats. this is not a sign of culture, civility. please strict action should be taken against such passengers and ticket checkers. the passengers without the reserved tickets should not be allowed in AC coach. this is our humble request.

booked my seat but couldn't get to sit the whole journey of 3 hrs.someone already occupied my seat and the train was so full that I couldn't reach the seat itself, so poor service .

my ticket was confirmed but many people whos ticket was not confirmed entered the coach and was standing near the seat which was very inconvenient to sit. requesting a tc to come and check ticket in the confirmed coach

डी ४ कंपार्टमेंट थर्ड क्लास पंखे साफ सफाई, रिजर्ववशन डब्यात जनरल पॅसेंजर ची गर्दी असल्यामुळे जीव गुसमत होता, कर्जत स्टेशन वर आरपीएफ पोलिसांनी विडिओ काढला आहे, टीसी पुणे ते दादर पर्यंत तिकिट तपासायला आले नाही, आरपीफ सुद्धा गर्दी साठी आले नाही, ह्याची गंभीर दखल घ्या, आणि मला रिप्लाय हवा आहे

we have no choice to opt for window seat which was there before your train are empty while acctual travelling but your reservation shows full secondly unreserved passanger travel very boldly than reseved paassengar taking there own time to leave reserved seat

overall it was ok ok journey.. train quality should be upgraded coz fans was not giving enuf air to be cool down when feeling hot and even bathrooms water was unavailable. rest it was good

It was the worst experience.. first i wasn't able to book my tickets and later when they got booked.. you all cancelled it..
okay i understand they were waiting list but at least confirm me with returning the amount on time or giving some notification.,and as i was unaware about it i didn't got tickets which led to traveling without any ticket and that caused me fine 😐...please work on your systems and time management 😀

it's now a local train. There is a tremendous rush. people are traveling in reservation compartments. No ticket checker monitoring the compartments. Now it's difficult to board the train from lonavala station. Please take necessary action.

The rag pickers,beggers and vendors were entering the ac cc all the time. And they were generally sitting in the toilet area all the time and using the toilets and making the passengers unable to use them.. both side toilet areas were dirty and full of litter . The tc was not at all cooperative. This should not be the situation. We pay and reserve our seats in ac compartment to travel comfortably... And these people are without ticket and are allowed to use this area...There should be some strict action to be taken...

The train was on time, surprised for the first time. Seats were uncomfortable, and it was crowded with non reservation people. Would like if there would be ticket collector next time.

Good experience but all without Reservation person they have entered to Reservation Bogi.
No one Care.No Thicket Checking in January Time.

It was pathetic travel. Unreserved ticket/ pass holders should not be allowed to entry or travel in the reserved coaches. They just try to occupy every space in the reserved coach and create mess with the members who have done proper reservation.
