it's now a local train. There is a tremendous rush. people are traveling in reservation compartments. No ticket checker monitoring the compartments. Now it's difficult to board the train from lonavala station. Please take necessary action.

food not good as their is no pantry inside the train. outside pantry food is horrible. dont try their food.

train quality is good but I feel like travel by general coach as so much public travel in this coach by without reservation ticket.

it was very difficult to board train from lonawala as non ticket travellers are not allowing reserved seat people to board from this instance happened with me

Train was Very clean and we had enjoy a lot but food quality was not good for health, smell coming from food which they had served

my suggestion is to install digital display board of next station in all compartments of trains which will be of help to all passengers

The rag pickers,beggers and vendors were entering the ac cc all the time. And they were generally sitting in the toilet area all the time and using the toilets and making the passengers unable to use them.. both side toilet areas were dirty and full of litter . The tc was not at all cooperative. This should not be the situation. We pay and reserve our seats in ac compartment to travel comfortably... And these people are without ticket and are allowed to use this area...There should be some strict action to be taken...

I thing so you should keep more clean surrounding. Its was not upto the mark. Sepcially washroom were worst. Its a request pls pls keep aware of washrooms🙂

The train was on time, surprised for the first time. Seats were uncomfortable, and it was crowded with non reservation people. Would like if there would be ticket collector next time.

AT LEAST 50 PASSENGERS WERE TRAVELING WITHOUT RESERVATION CAUSING DISCOMFORT TO THE AUTHORIZED PASSENGERS

Good experience but all without Reservation person they have entered to Reservation Bogi.
No one Care.No Thicket Checking in January Time.

It was pathetic travel. Unreserved ticket/ pass holders should not be allowed to entry or travel in the reserved coaches. They just try to occupy every space in the reserved coach and create mess with the members who have done proper reservation.
