The management of konkan kanya is nasty. The SL class berth looks like General berth. All people without ticket were sitting and sleeping where ever they want. The ticket checker even didnt came to check the ticket till Chiplun station. Just thinking what is meaning to booked ticket in SL class if the passenger not even go for a toilet due to rush.

too rush in the train. while Traivlling too many people are in lobby without reservation. they're sleeping like without headache and we are facing problem.

There was a chain snatching , right when it started off from Mumbai CST, Coach S8, A lady shouted, it was a terrifying scream. The snatcher took her neclace off and fled away ,, and people kept shouting.There should be enough police patrol if it happens like this to prevent crime.

I was in AC 3 Tier There were this 4 Youth Girls and Boys (Gujarati) B4 seats i guess 26,27... who were playing cards whole night and disturbed the others by shouting giggling which was not appreciated people just know that other are trvlg... A Police man should go around warning them...Wanted good sleep but couldn't get it they even argued with the TC incharge.... pls take this matter seriously...

still need to improve food quality & other things like toilet & electric point for charging laptop, mobile. Priority should be given to hygienity & cleanliness.

The train reached Madgaon station 2 hrs late..
Toilets were clean , but pantry service was not up to expectation
Many foreigners travel by this train , hence we need to improve our services like pantry, toilets, and punctuality for these group of travellers because they only reflect our tourism to outside world

The were mice and roaches in the train. Toilet's were stinking. Charging plug was non functional.The train reached it destination mare than an hour late.

Next to General Compartment & so, all the General passengers crowded in our compartment. Noise all night long. Couldn't sleep even though we paid for it.
