Seats were torn , no comfort, No cleanliness, waiting class people were all in between seats lying down so where the meaning of getting confirmed seats

worst train journey i ever seen. why you gave me always window seat its so scary to sleep near side lower. its not one time , always you do same. i dont understand on which basis you gave the seat.

too crowded in the sleeper coach, TC was doing nothing. without ticket passengers were behaving like goons.

Due to find confirm tickets too late at 6 O' clock I couldn't travel with train ,I had to take service of bus as after 4 O'clock there was no any facility to reach destination. Therefore confirmation information should be available at least 12 hours before.
