3AC COACH TOILETS are worst most with NO Mugs and flush not working. Floor is also untidy. Housekeeping contractor contact 5 digits visible rest are scratched, so we can't contact them. What type of coaches they are don't know, you will be knowing each and every jerk of the train. After long period travelled in such a train.
