there was no TTR and hence we had to suffer alot even after reserving second class seats so as claim them from co-travelers who had been already occupying our seats.

It was good experience The TC was very courteous and friendly. The pantry guy selling was also courteous. Regarding cleanliness needs to be better. But I don't blame the staff for the passengers misuse the facilities.
The glass window pane doesnot lock well, needs to be repaired.
