The train reached all stations before time but when it reached Banaras station and Hardattpur station the train was hold by 3 hours without any reason... only a single train was crossed during that period

The train has been standing at the station one stop before the destination for the past two hours.A female passenger who expected to arrive at her destination by 9:30 p.m. is still stranded at a previous station at 12:00 a.m. If passengers are required to change trains or use alternative transport to reach their destination, how are they expected to ensure timely and safe arrival? Who is accountable for such delays?

😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠mujhe koee bhi food nahi mila . koee nahi aaya food dene ke liye . I don't receive any food package. no one come to give food . I request you please return my cfc money back . thanks you . who's responsible for that. i am giving 1 star for food quality because without giving star my rating not summit . and train late 1.5 hours
