position of seats was worst. there was no cleaning thruout the journey toilets were smelling very badly. No staff was inside the train including TTE.

Dinner Thali was Quite Expensive as per quantity at 130rs. But still then, the food was Ridiculous. There was Smell in Dal and Rice. Very disappointed with this in that high price.

It's very bad my tickets are not confirmed and also huge amount will detect at the time of refund... Very bad experience to me because of the passengers are suffered from this bad experience

Leaving Punctuality nothing was good in train, Toilets were very Dirty & of old Model, most of the charging points were not in Working condition, 60% Passengers were not wearing Masks.
