Train No. 02570 delay keeps increasing instead of reducing. No proper response or passenger support has been provided. Despite charging high fares, this frustrating and poorly managed service is unacceptable. Kindly take urgent action and reduce further delay immediately.

we are sorry to give the raiting for this trip.
1.train too late without prior intimation
2. 3A,B1 cooling is too high and after repeatedly calling no one has done the normalisation.
washroom handwash dispensor not found.
garbage clearance not done in time, not hygienic,
and most importantly, food quality is so bad and staff collected the charges Rs150/- for each sada thali, with no quality & quantity.
it's horrible.
train getting too late .
hoping for the corrective actions and improvement at the earliest.

review dene layak nhi hai ye train let bhot aati hai uske badh bhi ye 12 ghante let hai route jo tha wo bhi change kar diya gaya hai bina update ke 1:35 ke badh update diya nahi gaya hai safai bhi sahi se nahi hai bhot hi jada ghatiya Hai logo ko jaha Jana tha waha koi nahi gaye ab last station pe sab jayenge

Hamne ye 2 Attempt Hamsafar me travel kiya koi badlav nhi jitna pehle 12 Hour's let Chal Aaj bhi wahi hal hai Jab 100 Seat ki jagah hai jaha ye 400 logo ko baitha lete or na hi enke pass koi facility hai dene do
jab costumer itna jyada to Relway Apne aap ko itna Ghata me kyu bta Rha hai ( Duniya Ka Koi Bhi Ghanda Ho Jaha Seat Se 4× jyada Costumer ho ghata me kaise ja sakta hai ) So Dear Relway Eshko Sudhariye plz Nahi to 5 year bad Indian Relway ka Name Or Nishan Sab khatam ho jayega thnx 👏

thiss train litreallyy having very bad condition... 3-4hrs delay?? indian railway dosen't have care about our preciouss time staff are misbehaving with the passengers...all garbages which are stored in dustbin they throwed outside the train this is our vikisit vishwa guru bharat??? seriously not happy with this journey...they need to improveee

worst quality train and worst schedule maintenance
toilets not cleaned properly smelling around and coaches are also not cleaned properly . workers are also charging more money for drinking water and food.
I just wanna tell you that please never book this train .

अभी मैं ट्रेन में ही हूं, ट्रेन कहीं भी कभी भी काफी समय के लिए रुक जा रही है, नई दिल्ली से खुली भी 15 मिनट देर से, पेंट्रीकार वाले खाने पीने का सामान भी प्रिंट रेट से ज्यादा का बेच रहे हैं, शिकायत करने पर कहते हैं कि उन्हें भी तो कुछ फायदा होना चाहिए और सबसे बड़ी बात कि ज्यादातर पेंट्रीकार वाले (लगभग सारे) अपना I/card छुपा कर रख रहे हैं.....

The train is not at all punctual for its time, Information should be given at least 4hrs before rescheduled. 5hrs hum let me lose a lot. I will never travel by this train.

very bad experience
Despite spending so much money, we got only half the seats. The condition of trains going to Bihar is very bad. It is not possible that the TT sahab can make full seats available during the journey. A humble request to the Railway Minister to pay some attention to the trains going to Bihar.

Disgusting train late by 5 hours from starting station NDLS. Anyone don't book these special trains. They will charge more in the name of special train and it will be late by 5 to 12 hours sometime by 24 hours also😡😡😡😡
