The train is running 3 hours late, and the service is extremely poor. There's no pantry or drinking water provided. It’s a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend not booking this train. Very disappointed, as it’s always delayed. Just because it’s a 'special train' doesn’t mean it should always be late.
always stop outside of stations that's and we can not water bottle also

ekdam bekar gadi...no time limit.. please ya gadi ch booking karu nka khup radvte..4-5 tass delay aste.. waste of time..me tar 1star denar nhi👎 very bad experience

the train is good.. but it stops so often.. that too for 30mins everytime..
i was supposed to reach by 10:40 11 am
but i am still 2 - 3hrz away from my destination

Worst train ever, it would be better to skip this train even if it's the last option. It was almost 4hr 30 mins late. You'll reach early by road

very bad expirence in jalgaon railway station.
Even when the train arrived, there was no sound from the speaker at the station. And the train seat was not fixed on the platform. So my car left. Jalgaon railway station was a very bad experience.

tc came after bhusawal from nagpur till bhusawal tc did not visit between stations people encroched the space between door n टॉयलेट्स also the attendents encorage this encrocheing very bad experience.

Transgender board the train and harass gullible passengers. They demand a minimum of 20 INR. There abuse with foul language and threaten to throw your luggage outside if you don't pay them. The come in groups and there were at least 3 groups boarding at different stations and had to shell out 60 INR. Makes travel very disappointing. Please do something about it.
