journey was good but need to improve food quality for passengers and the train used to take only 7 hours and its taking 9 hours ro reach thivim from thane station

The seating space is too little. The three person seat is not sufficient at all and inconvenient for the passengers. Especially, considering the pandemic.

indian railway maintain its high standard, very happy to reach before time around 08.35,that was 40mins early @ Chiplun station, very happy with service.
