sorry to say very poor experience about this journey. Train departed late from csmt, reached more than 3hrs after the scheduled arrival.

The train not in time being a female senior person I had to leave my home at 3am and train comes at 6.00 too bad experience I have recd with no sleep at night nor in train

Since it was a special train, I felt the stations were not informed of this train, leaving it to wait for clearance at major stations. However train service, quality, bedsheet etc was good.

journey was good but need to improve food quality for passengers and the train used to take only 7 hours and its taking 9 hours ro reach thivim from thane station

The seating space is too little. The three person seat is not sufficient at all and inconvenient for the passengers. Especially, considering the pandemic.

indian railway maintain its high standard, very happy to reach before time around 08.35,that was 40mins early @ Chiplun station, very happy with service.
