very bad train
This is to lodge a strong complaint regarding the unacceptable and excessive delay of Train No. 82502 on [date].
The train was delayed for several hours without any prior intimation or proper announcement, causing severe inconvenience, loss of time, and mental harassment to passengers. Such negligence reflects poor planning and lack of accountability on the part of the concerned department.
This kind of delay is not acceptable at all and shows a complete disregard for passenger time and commitment. I request the concerned authorities to immediately investigate the matter, fix responsibility, and ensure that strict corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.
I also expect a written explanation and compensation as per Indian Railways rules.
Failure to address this issue promptly will force me to escalate the matter to higher authorities.

pathetic service, ill-mannered staff, third class food served. In the entire journey i didn't served a single bottle of water. When I requested the attendant asked me to purchase.

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

Food quality very average. Roti's wrapped together is so tightly packed that all rotis gets stick to each other and difficult to separate them..

Tejas Express a nice thought of IRCTC but now needed some improvement as food quality and spacious place front on all chairs and a table.

worst experience. No value for money. only thing dynamic about the train is it's pricing.
Infotainment not working.
Call for help not working also paused.
staff refused to give coffee after Kanpur and his himself behind a shutter.(funny)
Worst snacks served.

1st time travel with Tejas and got delayed by and hour 30min. paid the high amount to got delayed not acceptable, want partial money refund.
