worst experience. No value for money. only thing dynamic about the train is it's pricing.
Infotainment not working.
Call for help not working also paused.
staff refused to give coffee after Kanpur and his himself behind a shutter.(funny)
Worst snacks served.

1st time travel with Tejas and got delayed by and hour 30min. paid the high amount to got delayed not acceptable, want partial money refund.

Almost at par with Shatabdi train running on the same route although fare is almost double. Overall nice train to travel in.
