I left the train at Ghaziabad railway station, but the door was not open smoothly, sometimes the coach attendant came and opened the force fully......

everything was excellent,but one lady attended was not attending properly.she was not even asking the food which IRCTC TEJAS has given for the EC .I was in the window seat and she ignored many times.so it's my humble request that this lady attended should not ignored the passengers which they have already for their comfortability.she should be checked

Food quality was very poor, punctuality of the train was not as it was as before, very much delayed and train quality was not satisfactory.

Its my second trip with Tejas.Seats were comfortable. The coaches were clean and train was on time.
Food quality was Awesome.Service was good.
The staff were co-operative.The Tv was working in our coach but in adjacent coaches it wasnt working.
Overall a wonderful experience.

ye to pvt hai to time se aayegi hi sarkari ka kya ho rha hai koi 2 to koi 5 gante late ho rhi hai or bahana kumb hai apni nakami nhi dikh rhi hai

Pathetic maintenance of the train compartment from inside, basic things are either missing or torn out. Blinds and its mechanism is out of service. stoppers for curtain are missing, so you can't pull down the curtains. seat handles are loose, no one bothers to tight them before they fall completely. AC vents on top of the entry doors are so dirty like they were never ever cleaned since day one. Washroom are missing cleanliness and lacks hygiene.

the kind of fare they are charging....it's useless...food was bad...seats old creaky...and train didn't reach on time...waste of money

worst ever train travelled in India.Not even deserve single star.Hefty fare pathetic quality food and service.Never ever think of traveling this train. Private players looting train

Train cleanliness is very poor. And food quality is also not as good as it should be.
Interior of the train looks like it's very old and dull.
Shatabdi Express and Vande bharat is better then Tejas.
Bad experience.

Very good experience. My two & half year son enjoyed a lot during our travel from Lucknow to Ghaziabaad.Already planned for our next journey with same in month of Nov. Thank you soo much irctc to make our journey amazing.
