The train reached Indore 5-10 minutes before time. Punctuality was really good for this train. Cleanliness is overall low due to the inappropriate bio-toilets , which often chock. This is the national level problem and not specific to 59386.
Usually people don't care about your reservation, plenty of unreserved ticket holder will occupy your seat unapologetically, if you have lower berth, then you'll have to Fight, if you want to use it entirely.

I am age of 75 I was travelling from Rajakimandi to Ghaziabad on25/6/2017 my birth no. was 44. The following difficulty I faced:- It was not indicated any where the boggi was in the train to locate it I searched from beginning to end and there was no T T to know anyhow I enter in other boggi.when I asked from RPF personal then he told me that it is at the end then I shifted I at Mathura Jn. When I reached at birth no 44 there was a family whose birth was 7 on her requst I shifted there when I sit there one RPF personal came and asked me to go your seat I told him the real position he did not lisen me even then by explaning by lady of family and RPF personal sitted his family on birth no. 7
