very bad I was promised a 80% conformation rate, instead till I travel I was on waiting list ,if it's way over change for confirmation of ticket please don't do it, refunded my amout

Overall good, but cleanliness is very much necessary. And today I face a problem with fan one of the three fans was not working which cause a great problem to me on this summery day. These are should be taken care of.
