The joyride itself got cancelled, after going one km the steam engine did not work. It returned back Darjeeling. very very worst experience. The train should be ready in working condition before one day. Himalayan railway is a world heritage and even with such a sky rocketing prices people want to enjoy it. But the employees are so negligent and casual playing with the emotions of the tourists comming arround the world. once the joyride is cancelled will it be possible to re-ride the train .....Please think of it.Else, the days are not far away, when no person with visit Darjeeling.....carrying such a bad reputation. Very very sorry state of affairs. We will report the matter to Govt of India, tourists should not be harrassed like that.

It was 50 minutes late, and the first train of the day! Such an unorganised station. Not a very clean train, toilet filthy. No food available.
