The western commode seat was clean on the underside. Although it appeared clean from the top, when lifted for use, the back side was extremely dirty and unpleasant to see. The railway authorities are requested to take proper note and ensure thorough cleaning, including the underside of the seats, to maintain hygiene standards.”

The Vande Bharat train service needs improvement in food quality and meal timing. The food options are limited and not satisfactory. Additionally, the train’s speed management and signaling could be better, as it often gives way to other trains. Overall, the service does not fully meet the expected Vande Bharat standards.
