I had booked my ticket on Guarantee booking it wa not confirmed from Borivali to Ahmedabad for 31 October where is commitment of 3 time amount refunded to source instead of giving credit of 2300 against amount of 4500 for 7 days journey how it is possible it is fraud booking to confirm ticket

When the train moves it makes a lot of noise and when it stops it also makes a lot of noise. Like a goods car

you guys should have tried to confirm the ticket during chart preparation. My father had to go through general coach at the age of 50 .

I had booked two seats in Tier 2 AC. I noticed that during the night, there was a lot of movement in the internal bogie, which caused significant disturbance. It would be beneficial if the doors could be locked to ensure passengers can sleep peacefully and also to enhance the safety of luggage.

This train is not a long distance train. Also the route is not in high demand area. So Tickets are easily available without Tatkal even in vacation period.
