It's a pathetic travel experience by this train. The coaches are old and make tremendous noise. The braking is always with jerks. Cleanliness and quality of Linen is poor.

Train was so dirty and some parts was broken or missing. Train was doing lots of disturbing noise.

No doubt IRCTprovides satisfactory service to its passengers but still a lot is required to do with respect to on line booking. Our 2AC and 3AC classes run nearly empty because of bookers who believe in making huge profits from rail bookings

Very bad support from RPF no one was available while a lot of disturbance due to other passengers who was drinking and smoking in the train and misbehaving,, whole night,
