It was a very bad experience as if it was a general compartment and not a reservation one. They take fine from everyone and go away. They don't even tell those without tickets to leave the train.

साफ सफाई प्रॉपर नहीं थी। जिनका रिजर्वेशन नहीं था वे भी AC कोच के दरवाजे में खड़े थे।M२ और स्लीपर कोच का सेंटर का दरवाजा खुला था लोग आना जाना कर रहे थे। RPF ka राउंड कोच में १ बार ही हुआ।

this app is fraud maine free cancellation aur FCF ke sath travel guarantee liya jisme mujhe confirme nahi hone party dugna paisa lautane ka wada tha lekin mera ticket bdts patna sf me confirm nahi hua lekin refund ke samay mere 1200 Rs kat liya jaise aur koi policy nahi batae hai is app se ticket book na kare please ye fraud app hai

Train coaches is very old and the charging point in side lower is nota available and the pillow cover Smells very bad.... toilets are good after 11pm the lights automatically off and all the charging point not working after 11 pm this is very bad wrost experience every in this train i suggest you HUMSUFAR EXPRESS to travel U.P state.....food facility is available
