worst travel experience i had wash room so much dirty to be used lock broken Ac of A1 coach not working properly no security because general coach passenger block all routes of gate and using toilet so badly that can't be used after that no responsibility of ac staff for this no security anymore cigarette ЁЯЪм smoking done

bathroom is so dirty in sleeper coach.
It was my worst experience.
There are too many passenger without ticket.

very dirty 2ac coaches. in A2 ac was malfunctioning. in both 2a coaches toilets were stinking and very dirty. Feel like complaining to Consumers forum for inconvenience caused.

Sleeper Coaches are overcrowded by Local Passengers boarded from origin of Train, Worst Experience, No TC ,Toilets are Packed,No Space for Standing & for Luggage.
Having Confirmed Berth but Still traveled like General Coach.
After Surat got Our Seats.

train quality is not good. many general tickets passengers travel without reservation. Toilet is not clean and bearth is also dirty.
