train toilets cleaning should be improved, and food quality was not that good, as well local travellers rush and occupy the reserved seats, even though few travel without ticket

The seats were not comfortable for 3 people, i was feeling like instead of making reservation tickets i should travel in general coaches which has more space.

Always 15+ minutes late.. Never on time.
Even the reserve coach feels like a general coach.
Crowded, noisy, Dirty, Hard seat and doesn't have a charging point.
The name is super fast but it's actually more like express/mail.
Ticket price doesn't justify.

did not but any food but Second sitting was alright not very comfortable for three people. only two can sit comfortably on the seat, or else it feels too crowded.

in Train Private Hawker selling food items,, IRCTC staff also selling private company water instead of Rail Neer TC and coach attendance also not listen this kind complaint.it should be cancelled licence contract such type mistake

Good train with decent punctuality and cleanliness. Has good breakfast options ranging from bread cutlets, bread cheese sandwich, dhokla, idli medu vada, tea and coffee which can keep you busy during journey

train journey too good but no food from intrain not available. so, some difficulties face the passengers while not available the food from inside the train. please rectify the service.

Third class train and in reservation coach many proples are allow to stand its bad as well as every 2 min food snaks persons are disturb to train passangers

at maninagar display is off so many passanger are in trouble to find their coach.i can't find my proper coach c2 because of no indicator of coach on display

Only the train name is Gujarat EXPRESS but its a local train stopping at all the stops. This train best suits for office people doing up-down only. ConfirmTicket app and IRCTC are fooling people by showing false predictions, the train is always empty with no travellers traveling by reservation ticket.

only thing is it become very congested when regular passenger also come it is very difficult to reach the toilets. it is very poor in this case. just make an effort to solve this issue
