The train arrives just in time and those who are waiting are worried a lot whether they come from our seat or not, a police officer comes to check them, they come to check the ticket.

food service by pantry is very dirty and behave is very poor, need to change contractor . tea made with chemical milk and water cost taking Rs 20 and not supplies Rail neer.that one ordinary water.

all sleeper class are Fully packed by waiting list.
no space for going toilet . all toilet are dirty and hand washing tap are dirty by Vimal guthka .

रेल मंत्री से मेरा अनुरोध है कि जितने भी लामरोड की गाड़ियां हैं खासतौर से बिहार से आने वाली उसमें जितना कम से कम हो सके वेटिंग टिकट दिया जाए उनके तरफ से क्योंकि रिजर्वेशन वाले पैसेंजर को बहुत दिक्कत होती है कितनी बॉबी में सीट नहीं होती उससे दोगुनी तीन कोने लोग होते हैं जो कि उनको परेशान करते हैं और गंदगी बहुत जबरदस्त करते हैं लेट्रिन जाम हो जाता है हाथ धोने वाली वाशिंग जाम हो जाता है उनकी वजह से हो जाता है

No any information for divert this train. My destination station is vyara but this train go directly surat. Whos pay my time? Toilet condition is very bad. No any train keeper in train. This kind is very semfull for railway administration.

toilets were dirty and in some toilets there was no water throughout the journey. staff behavior was good
