used blankets were provided to all passengers in a coach. no food service. washrooms were stinking. The train was delayed.
very bad experience even though I booked ticket before 1 month still my ticket were not confirmed gone in general very bad experience
Cleaning inside the train, isn't as good, moreover quality of food coming inside or in platform should be monitored & managed, bcoz of lack of pantry in this train!

No food available near S1 biggie even tea and water. It's is not reserved as all unreserved passengers are come and seats in the biggie

Have to upgrade some services like food announcement regarding upcoming stations and also take action against passengers who are shouting after 11pm
in Reservation second seating coach many people without ticket are traveling. They take seat of people who has reserved ticket.

Need to improve cleanliness of the washroom and in S-2 couch western toilet was totally leaking and was a mess in washroom also need for do regular inspection of tap and other accessory in washroom, whether are in working condition or not.
Train always be remains delayed on rouit there are issue of folding neither train accopmnained pantry nor any eatable on the way.
