food is not available, purchase food is not good, train late 20 minutes at navsari, as per time table reach at Navsari on 1:05 and reached at navsari on 1:30.. some passengers boarded from Surat station but not get sleep, talking and arguments and make nausance for other who were sleeping..

Train quality is good but needs more better and punctuality it's very poor some unnecessary person covered a conform site and tickets chaker absent.

Horrible experience .TTE was non cooperative and didn't come to recheck after checking the ticket for 1st time. Had to travel the journey only sitting as Was in RAC. 50% Ticket refund amount should be given back

booked 3 tier AC from ahmdabad to bandra very very bad situation bathroom congratulation not acceptable.itna paise dekar safar karne ka kya matlab he 400 kilometres ke liye tatkal me ticket Kiya tha 1600 ka lekin kya fayda bathroom dekh ke gaya hi itna Ganda tha.

Local public of Virar,Dahanu,Safale, Forcefully making entry in Sleeper Coach Compartment, on Season pass, this train charge Super fast charges, on ticket Then Y it has given Suberban Station Stops.
N allow Season ticket passengers, to travel in Sleeper Class, No TC, no RPF ,nobody come till Dahanu, n Reserved Ticket Passengers n traveling as if Traveling in Local trains, it So Crowded

Seat is bad & not cleanliness & not properly security & not reservation ticket value all people is coming without reserve ticket from Palghar Dahanu to Borivali so please take action & give more security in reserved bogie.

Somehow the train misses when compared to other super fast trains. The electrical equipments tube light, Mobile charging points were not working at many places in coaches. Was running very late.

train started on time but lagged behind the schedule. overall was about 45 minutes behind the schedule throughout majority of travel distance. we realized the lag at bharuch which was already 35 minutes behind schedule.
