The cleanliness of the train compartments is very poor, the cleanliness of the toilets is mediocre, and despite the train departing on time, it is running late by more than an hour for no reason, which is unbearable for all passengers.

the worst experience hope to never travel in this train as per chart n coach position the coach was on last n when train arrived the coach was on first .... firstly the train was too late n second the screen should coach on station screen n train arrived how can passenger run soo speedy to reach their coach n train did not wait atleast for 5 mints also....horrible train n this is ok becoz u paid the money after that who cares u fall or die this non of train department responsible the station master where the hell was he ...the should know that how passengers will adjust the seniors n I was with heart surgery person my father n 1 year baby the whole journey was like nightmare....but railway is so useless no management no time schedule no smart brain

actual train route is mumbai to jamnagar but . on board name shown baroda to gorakhpur.

I'm not at all satisfied 😒 Return journey was quite boring, Delayed by almost 2 hours, lack of cleanliness! My door entrance, exit wasn't closing🚪 & No side pantry or railway services 🤔 which..was pathetic!

Toilets cleaning must be done and required.
Train quality is very poor. Needs to be cleaned on daily or alternate day. Nobody has come either for floor cleaning or toilet cleaning.
Attendant should provide bed sheet, blanket and remove them after the use.

Train toilets were the worst & no water was there. Also the train overall condition was not good.
Train departure was at the right time but at the end it gets delayed by 50 mins.

No blankets were issued during the journey.......no extra bedsheet ...rly must infrom b4 the journey starts.....the reason said by the attender was The CORONA VIRUS..

Coach Attendant was sleeping whole night ..We woke him at Ahmedabad at 7.45 am as he created obstacle for luggage
