I booked 3 sleeper tickets and paid full amount, but two passengers got RAC shared seating instead of proper berth. Many passengers do not clearly understand RAC conditions while booking. Please improve clarity in the booking app and show better explanation before payment about shared seating and berth confirmation chances. in my entire life train journey this was the very very bad toilets worst for ever Train TTE also worst he only responded in hindi he didn't know english

toilets were blocked,closed and kept. very dirty and the bogies were very old. seats were torn and patches were stitched.

cockroaches are everywhere in coach, mosqutos also present, toilets smells very badly...

train was running late and till destination it was running slow despite it covered the distance and time but overall it was ok experience, in between hawkers jumps in train asking money and won leave unless you pay them. third party food vendors price were fare. no proper pillow, chaddars or blanket were provided

didnot try food on train. train was on time but not that clean. water in coach S6 wash room was unavailable from Kalyan to Panvel.

3rd AC coach doore glass broke down in middle of the journey
didn't had any food from IRCTC so giving 3 stars cause it's mandetory

actually my berth number is S2-74.
one more other passiger also same berth.i continued my journey with no berth.

train bahut hi gandi hai safayi bilkul nhi hai or paani ki to bahut problem hai jagah jagah bathroom bhare pade hai kehne ko humsufar name hai lekin iske name pe loot hai kiraya bhi jyada hai or safayi nhi

No flush water of toilet are not working properly. No such good food are available inside in train Or in Andhrapradesh station. Up date food quality tea stalls

Very clean and good looking interiors
Little bit costly but worth it
Very punctual in time but seems to be cushion extra running time provided. Can be reduce this by atleast 3hours.

I travelled on the Second trip of this train.
Positives - colorful coaches, Better Interiors, Any time availability of Coffee/Tea from Vending machines in each coaches.

Negatives - Its better to book the tickets at earliest. After the filling up of first 450 seats, the train fare increases by 10% for every 10% seats filled thereafter. I am not happy with this dynamic pricing on humsafar trains, since i feel they are intoduced in the place of Garib Rath. Inside the train, cleanliness can be improved, dustbins are not emptied on a timely basis. Some pantry staffs on board are rather lethargic. Hopefully things improve in future.
