pantry boys opened the door between first class and the general compartment to get some extra customer's to buy there food products and the didn't closed the door as it was a bit hectic...then everyone from the general compartment started using the toilet...

coaches need more or less cleaning. Toilets wew dirty, water flow were very poor. Compartment gates remained open through out the night. Great concern in respect of security. Money were stolen from purse at night, a very bad experience.

Too much time is allotted for the journey. It takes too much time to travel a distance of 1655 km. The journey should be completed within 20 hours for maximum!
Varieties of snacks & food should be available all the time.

worst train i ever seen... cleaning didn't properly.. in 3rd ac economy or 3rd Ac are look like general coach because without ticket person seating in ac coaches.. no RPF no TT in train...

3E coaches are clean, seats a little less wide not suitable for fatty persons, washrooms are well clean and maintained. For Upper birth, reading lights are available and along with USB chargering port for charging mobiles. 👍👍

Condition of train, especially toilets is pathetic. No water. Also this train is always late. The internal doors of AC compartment are so noisy and rattle throughout the night, you better not get a seat anywhere nearby, otherwise you'll have a nightmarish journey. Also theft of mobiles, etc on this route in the night is rampant.

we travelled in AC1 and next compartment is General class, the door between the compartment was not locked resulting unsafe journey. Also the toilet was also shared by general compartment.
Please look into it. Food quality no at all good.

Timing is big factor for every one. This train is late running. And whenever I use this train then I get late. please look over on this matter , it is first priority than train Quality. And train Quality is not good. when I got bed sheet it was not washed. yellow stain on bed sheet.

late by more than 3 hours, kept train holded at Manikpur for 1
5 hrs.. without any reason.
there is no pantry, so had to depend on local vendors and whatever was available at stopping stations.

never use sleeper class. people like biharis do not have manners. they started their recorders with a high volume. do not give people their seat to sit there & tt s are spectators only.

Very dirty train and penatry car is mist in this train becoz it is very long distance train and the children's are also do his/her journey in this train, but out side vendor is not reliable, so please pc would be must in this train ..... And the coaches is very old type.. new coaches must be added.

Need great efforts to improve the condition of this train,I travelled a lot via train but first time got chance to travel in this ,so hope next time it would be better experience
