Very bad experience. first time i booked a ticket in 2AC with Rlwl 1 where it shown high chance of 91% that too 23 days in advance. finally not confirmed. it means confirm ticket agency not even with a single berth quota. I never believe and book in future. highly disappointed with confirm ticket app.

food quality very low grade and also the irctc catering guys selling water bottle @20 after asking them they told you have to collect water bottle from pantry @15 and they sell inside the coach @20 what is this

Train reached Bhubaneswar in almost 2hr late. Attendant are busy in out sourcing food for money as pantry car not available. Provided food quality is worst
