While the seating and berth area inside the coach was somewhat acceptable, the overall cleanliness and hygiene near the entrance and toilets were extremely poor.
There was dirt everywhere, and water was leaking/puddled right outside the washroom area. To make matters worse, the toilet door was faulty—it was neither opening nor closing properly. There was a complete lack of hygiene, and even the water supply inside was dirty.
Furthermore, punctuality was completely missing as the train arrived an hour late. The maintenance at the entry and toilet sections, along with the delay, made for a highly disappointing experience that needs urgent attention.

no pantry in the train , didn't got a single cup of tea inside train , didn't got even water bottle inside train,washrooms are very dirty and stinking worst experience ever with this train

The side lower seat is not conferred with a very short width with no bottle holder, AC cooling is not good
