Same type of food is supplied twice which is a wastage. Earlier, A welcome drink was given followedby high tea and then lunch or dinner for full ride passengers.

the train arrived at 40 minutes late at howrah station. lunch and dinner menu was same .kindly change the menu of lunch and dinner just a suggestion

WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE AMRIT BHARAT TYPE CARTS ARE GONE VERY VERY BAD.. PLS CHANGE THE ENITIRE CLEANING STAFF AND SERVING STAFF....NO MANAGEMENT. FILLING UP FORMS ARE HOAX THEY GIVE IT TO THOSE WHO DONT HAVE ANY INDEA ABOUT TRAVELLING IN TRAIN

Indian railways should increase the quality and taste of food. The food which is served in satabdi is served in vande bharat and are also served in other trains also. Now if Indian railways doesn't have sense to make a difference that which train should be treated better and which train to not then I don't have anything to say.

In our coach (c14) water dropping from ac vent, scheduled arrival was 8:30 pm at Howrah but it reached nearly 10 minutes late and food quality is average.

TTE behaviour in E 1 coach sitting in seat 5 most of time was not acceptable as his looks towards passenger in seat 4 were not at all gentlemany.,a Lady, my wife. Do not know the name of the TTE who was bearded.

1. 1 washroom is not in working. attender said 1 passenger broke it when coming from howrah to puri.
train was late for more than 1 hours.
3. worst food quality. I am 34 years old and forget the taste of chicken. my wife vomiting after eating the that chicken.
note:- my earnest request please improve the food quality. you have taken lots of money during ticket booking

food quality could have been better especially paneer gravy which needs improvement parathas and stuffed kachuri is extremely hard to chew.

The train maintains Punctuality & food was awesome. Cleaning & hygiene was fabulous, Let's see how many days this train gets priority.

Quality of food is a must to upgrade. IRCTC should take care of the price list. people inside the train who are serving are asking for extra money. Suppose the cost of tea/coffee for one cup inside the train is Rs.10/- for 150 ml but they are charging Rs. 20/- per cup. IRCTC should look into this immediately & seriously. Even for fooding also 3rd party catering staffs are asking for more money then it's prescribed price decided by IRCTC. Thanks
