No comments on punctuality, it was delayed by 2 hours.
Food was okay, but the food menu does not ties to what Vande Bharat put in the pdf.

train already delay by more than 10hr and charged more food rate already ticket fare ia much more as per rule if train delay more than 3hr ticket cost will be refunded

The drainage slope inside toilet was not at all proper. Hence, there was stagnation of water in the floor. Hope, Railway will definitely eradicate this by its efficient resources.

The only complaint is that the arrival at the destination was delayed by 1 hour. There was an initial lag due to fog but later the skies cleared yet no attempt was made at making up the lost time.

Overall journey of HWH Puri Vande Bharat is good but need to focus more on washroom cleniness. Washrooms of all the coaches was comparatively very dirty.

Quality of food matters not quantity. We were served breakfast which included everything from porridge to bread butter veg cutlet sweet curd etc etc but tasteless , milk for porridge was watery, cutlets were cold and insipid. Authorities need to look into this aspects

maintenance is very poor. this has to be improved. strict supervision on maintenance and up-keep of coach is required to improve the quality and durability of the coach.

person serving foods were after making extra money by selling unsold stock which were supposed to be given to the travelling passengers.

Local people from Cuttack,Bhadrak stations are occupying space in the train, which basically leading the insecurity of our belongings. No police authority are taking action.Need intrinsic follow up onp policy.
