punctuality is very bad 4hours late.. worst timing issue.. I missed my second TrainЁЯШб and full of cockroaches beside seats (very much lack of higne)

Charges taken for 3x refund on confirmation of full berth but provided RAC. It seems that Confirmtkt works on guess.Its not fair. If it provides half berth then it needs to refund extra amount taken with ticket to make it confirm.

Train Quality -No cleanliness ,No hygiene

this train is too far late and...so much dust on the seat...
overall train speed ,people,food,TT is. allover good

Very very poor experience. Nobody cares about the washrooms and also wash basins are fully choked. No convenience .plus trainis running late by 2 hrs. Which make the journey very pathetic. I would request that pls take care in future. Its totally waste of money as well as precious time.
