please maintain clean proper toilets it's very bad smell all are trains why IRCTC railway department are not maintaining when you fined behind the rules but government not should maintain rules this is too bad

The train is Super till Vijayawada after crossing BZA train got slow and halted at the outskirts of stations for hours.
i reached VSKP at 12:25 the right time to 10:25
