Washrooms are not clean, Delayed by 2 hours and I missed my connecting Train, The tea IRCTC is serving is simply sugar water and nothing else, urge to the Govt. if this can be improvised

There was no stand for Bottles. I travelled in 3A. AC was very Good. No food was there Here rating was compulsory so i rated it anyway
