Train Number 22863 – Disappointing Experience
I recently travelled by Train No. 22863 in AC 2 Tier, and the experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, the berths are very small compared to the usual size expected in AC 2 Tier coaches. It was uncomfortable to sit or sleep, especially during a long journey.The taps in the washrooms and basins are old and very difficult to use, which made basic hygiene inconvenient. The journey lasted more than 29 hours, and for such a long duration, there was no sense of comfort provided.
The train’s punctuality is also poor – it was delayed by over 4 hours, causing further frustration. The AC system is not well-maintained; it often becomes extremely cold and unbearable, with no way to adjust the temperature.
Moreover, the windows inside the coaches were dirty, which added to the overall discomfort.

B-14 automatic door closer is broken at starting time, 8 passenger agnist 2 charger, wash room is very bad 2 passenger used then floor fill water. this is very bad

first the train was super late,i was already boarding from another station and because of the rescheduling i had to go through a lot of trouble and had to spend more the the budget . secondly the pantry of the train is charging way more than they should,like the 15rs water bottle is being sold at 20 and 30 if you buy 2 bottle same the veg platter of for the dinner was being sold at 150 and same way for the other foods.

i don't understand why Indian railways always make this train delayed every time I board for. Indian railways please see to it that at least this train starts on time, as time is very precious, you don't lower down the price of the seat charge, so why this much delay.

there is no cleaning, utterly flop of timings almost running late by 3.30min. and food quality also very very bad. specifically the UPMA is not cooked properly,when we eat it feels they just serving (mixed) rava and water.

worst pantry service in my lifetime,unprofessional behaviour with fluctuating food rates with very very poor quality food
