నాకు అసలు టికెట్ ఇవ్వలేదు కన్ఫామ్ టికెట్ అని చెప్పి 1050 తీసుకున్నారు నాలుగు రోజులు ముందు టికెట్ బుక్ చేసుకున్నాను కానీ అది వెయిట్ లిస్టులో పెట్టి క్యాన్సిల్ చేశారు ఇది ఎంతవరకు పద్ధతి అప్పటివరకు 77 ఛాన్సెస్ అని పెట్టారు తేరా క్యాన్సిల్ చేసేసారు నేను ఎలా ప్రయాణించాలనుకున్నారు ఎమర్జెన్సీ ఎలా ఇది సరైన పద్ధతి కాదు ఉంటే ఉన్న తీసుకోవాలని అమౌంటు

Found TTE giving berth to waiting list passenger by taking money. many Rac passengers are not allotted berth.

Toilets are not at all cleaned. Distributed bedding earlier so when we boarded the train at Vijayawada we couldn't find ours as they were used by someone. So I request the railway department to issue the bedding to the passengers when they board the train. So on these two issues I was not satisfied and felt uncomfortable. Thank you

Train is OK. We reached five and half hours late. Of course this can not be predicted by none and it happens. To mention about FOOD QUALITY some trains will have Pantry and some don't. If pantry is there then the point of quality rises and helpful. Outside pantry there will no much helpful. So please note this point by App makers and may be added for"food quality in pantry", which would be much useful.

it's in waiting list only and the ticket was not honoured, you have not even intimated, by atleast a message, my child suffered a lot.
