Trains are late by 10 to 12 hours. The train policy is absolutely terrible. Indian Railways service is absolutely terrible. Railways does two-digit activities with people. My train experience is totally terrible.

Train was late for 7 hours to reach Tatanagar jn from its origin station and after reaching Anvt it's cumulative delay was 12 hours. We had to return home from Tatanagar station and again come back at 6:00pm as initial departure time was revised to 5:00pm. It seems that Railways don't give any importance to passenger's planning and time. Besides that the passengers had to bear the summer heat up to 10:00 pm sitting in the Tatanagar rly station. Scenes became chaotic due to desperation. This attitude of Railways is to cheat the passengers by mentioning superfast and journey duration as 20 hours in the Src_Anvt train description. Passengers must be compensated for this arduous delay. This repeated delay of weekly trains is unethical attitude and doesn't conform to international standards. Please escalate this issue for the poor passenger. Passengers do not have union like the railway men and their bosses. Thanks.

The train did not put us to our destination. We had to board out on dd. Upadhay station previously name as mugal sarai.
This is disgusting. I want my money back.
