Very Poor.. Even though it was 2 Ac Curtains and Blaquents are with Bad Smell.. Don't ask about the Wash rooms. I think the General Compartnent Wash room may o.k comparing to 2nd Class Washrooms

The train was cancelled,
I requested the railway department, please in this case you should provide an alternate way to arrange the passengers for a safe journey to travel. On Dec 04th we faced a lot of problems with sudden train cancellation. We took the general tick and traveled on Sleep class, but TC collected double charges, it's really not fair.

housekeeping services very poor,train got very late by 5 hrs,reached destination by 5:30 am.Train maintenance is not good,wash rooms are not maintained,wash room doors n taps are in poor condition

Good but timing is very odd at Santragachi for new passenger as there is neither any place to stay nor transportation to reach howrah in the night 11.00pm
