iam traveling kasargod to Vizianagaram 3rd ac coach bearth as teas reservation beraths not comfortable and the washrooms don't ask me very poor and ac coach also Genaral compartments genaral ticket persons also getting ac bogies.

Train needs a complete renovation, bathrooms are dirty and no basic maintenance in 3AC too, I have come to see that my blanket wasn't provided at the beginning and the AC is not working properly. it needs a complete renovation

toilet was not cleaning properly it was very smell. train canteen food was not up to the mark. train windows was very dirty

very discourage journy train was arrived late and also fully rush. when we have reservtion ticket also.

Very worst, waiting list people occupied confirmed berths and not giving places to confirm candidates, TT is irresponsible and not able to solve the problems

No charging points for side berths Temperature is not maintained properly No fans for side berths Pantry service not available in train Staff is good Ticket collector is polite But railways have to improve their services No AC waiting room for 2A passengers AC waiting room available at Mangalore central is paid services wherein it should free
