Toilets are not clean, defective doors, insects inside train. cleaning staff came only twice in 28 hours journey. Pillows are dirty.

The Train was 1⅕ hours late. Then also in 3E ( 3rd AC Economy) 90% of usb port are not working. And in sidelower the socket for charging is loose and charger is not holding only.

I lost my job due to unpunctuality of this train ,i suppose to report by 3 pm to 4pm but the train arrived at 5.15 pm

The train is late for 7 hours...food quality and quantity is not up to the mark. Tea is serving with purely water no presence milk is seen

Very disappointing travel. Very dirty train and toilets, which never got cleaned in the entire journey. No attender in AC coach. Worst service till date

there is no pantry. the food vendor associated with the train charge exorbitant prices and give food which is pathetic in quality
