worst condition of toilets in sleeper coaches, choked up, not cleaned by obhs staff. After complain, they come and argue with us and show photos of a/c coaches washrooms which they have cleaned.

Many RAC not confirmed so most of the passengers were in trouble. Mahatma Gandhi's word "costomer is God" failed here. paying. full but availing less facilities from Indian railway.

no punctuality of train and no charging point in our coach the compartment which I travelled is very old I think their is no pantry car in that train so please make passenger feel concert.
