I travelled today on this train with my father from Champa to Patna. it was supposed to reach Patna by 1:48 pm but it reached at 9 pm. 7 + hours late, I had a very important call but I missed, There was no pantry car, my dad who is 71 years faced issue. Who will take responsibility ? if I reach 1 min late to the station/plateform then the train will go, it will be my mistake, this train is 7 hours late who will take responsibility ? I demand 10 Lakhs rupees of compensation. it's a shame for the entire staff of the railway and the Ministry of Railway.

very poor in punctuality. 8hrs running late. this is very pathetic and mismanagement by the Indian railway. there must be case against indian railway in consumer court regarding punctuality. this is total failure of administration of IR.Very poor service
