toilets are very dirty, no cleaning in baggies, many unreserved passengers, lack of security, no security staff moving in train.

Firstly u provide good service and quality of train public will coprate gov but railway Gov not provide some legally work then how would be posible I want to suggest something like public not happy from Gov and Gov not Happy from public...who will be responsible for all 5his issue means can't be change our India right...
